• Post (book) invoices

• Communication with suppliers

• Archive booked documentation

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Strong team spirit, commitment, and a willingness to work in a service-oriented environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
