HR IT Consultant - APAC Region

Ihre Aufgaben

Act as Consultant, accountable for the rollout, implementation and support to Automotive Companies for the SAP HCM applications.  
The position is to be based in Asia and the responsibilities is also to global HCM team
Utilizes knowledge in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to design, develop, and/or configure the SAP HCM module using a variety of ABAP tools, programming and configuration skills. Provides HR business process consulting to customers. Creates innovative business solutions using ABAP and other technologies such as object oriented programming, reports, FI interfaces, Designs and develops reliable, sustainable, best practice HCM solutions aligned with customer requirements and expectations. Support in HCM projects in accordance with Company project management methodology.  Performs and acts as a technical support HR end-to-end Business processes and configuration.  Coordinate HR IT Vendor Management.

Global functions. Member of global HCM team base in Service Center Asia  
Geographical Scope: 9 Countries in APAC - China, Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia 

Main tasks:

▪ Executes Project tasks for SAP HCM projects e.g.: developing business blueprint, gap analysis, configuration of SAP
▪ Development of interfaces with adequate SAP-technology (e.g. LSMW, PU12, ALE)
▪ Customizes master data related HCM-processes (e.g. personnel administration, organizational management etc.)
▪ Maintains project documentation according to Conti Corporate Functions IT standards
▪ Works on global SAP HCM-projects

▪ Analyzes SAP system issues and provide independent solutions and seek assistance when required
▪ Monitors SAP in- and outbound-interfaces
▪ Monitor and attend to service tickets available in Service desk tools
▪ Conducts relevant SAP training to users/key users based on the agreed user training plan
▪ Develop and maintain SAP training materials and business process documentations

▪ Collects, provides and update key IT service measurement statistics as and when required

▪ Act as a business partner for the internal HR-community and to the external providers In the area of responsibility.

Ihr Profil

▪ SAP HCM configuration in the master data related modules, latest SAP technologies such as ECC6.0   (Advanced)
▪ SAP ABAP programming for HCM, esp. interface techniques  (Advanced)    
▪ Project Management Methodology (ASAP or equivalent)   (Advanced)  
▪ Service desk incident management functions   (Advanced)   
▪ Language spoken- English & Mandarin   (Advanced)  
▪ Human Capital Management business processes   (Advanced)  
▪ Analyzing of business requirements  (Advanced)

▪ Education / Certification: Masters Degree, Bachelor or Diploma in Information & Communication Technology or related field
▪ Professional Experience : 3-5 years of IT or Industry working experience.
▪ Project and/or Process Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant SAP project experience.
▪ Leadership Experience: Able to lead a small work group
▪ Intercultural / International Experience: Have work experience in international teams.
