HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Organize personnel in the processes of receiving materials, storage, picking materials, and/or shipping finished products. Ensure the correct flow of materials, supervise the development of activities according to work instructions.
  • Organize personnel in processes and activities for material entry and/or storage and picking and/or shipping products to the customer according to the methods of each process.
  • Control the process times and control the stock of materials and products with a difference equal to 0%, through the analysis of inventory discrepancies and the respective investigation, and the implementation of A3 to eliminate root causes.
  • Ensure that procedures and work instructions corresponding to each function are followed.
  • Monitor the order, cleanliness, and safety aspects of the warehouse. 5S, material handling operation instructions.
  • Support personnel in the activities of receiving and/or storing and picking and/or shipping products.
  • Participate in perpetual inventories and promote continuous improvement.
  • Certify their knowledge in the documents related to the position.
  • Comply with the requirements of the Company's Environmental Management System.
  • Train and certify the team of receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products.
  • Comply with the Quality Management System guidelines and the seal and seal control method.
  • Certify and register personnel in BASC standards to comply with the Continental group standards.
  • Know and apply the standards of quality, environment, occupational health, asset and industrial safety, social responsibility, total productive maintenance, etc. (ISO 14001, OHSAS, ISO 9001, IATF) as applicable.
  • Comply with the requirements of the safety management and control manual.

Ihr Profil

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE 

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 3 years in storage processes, personnel management, and material handling.
  • 3+ years experience as a Supervisor of an area of a Warehouse or Service area.
  • Experience in warehouse management, prevention, protection and firefighting, handling of hazardous substances, and prevention of risks
  • SAP MM, SAP WM
  • Up to 10% travel
