Your tasks include the following responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing the overall strategy for radar-based ADAS software solutions, aligning with company goals and industry trends
  • Technical Leadership: Leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced radar software, ensuring high performance and reliability
  • Organizational Setup: Building and structuring the software development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement for our radar products
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Mentoring and developing team members

The position can be staffed in different locations within Germany.

Ihr Profil

  • Academic Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or comparable qualification
  • Proven long-term experience in software development for radar and ADAS systems
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of radar technology and its applications in ADAS
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and MATLAB
  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills desirable
  • Experience with software development tools and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
