THE POSITION
Our Hoosier Headquarters in Lakeville, IN, is seeking an IT Intern to join our team. This intern will be part of a dynamic and collaborative IT team, supporting various technology initiatives, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network maintenance, and providing technical support to employees. The role will involve helping with system updates, managing IT documentation, and contributing to cybersecurity awareness efforts while assisting with the team’s daily operations and strategic projects.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including system updates, security patches, and equipment setup.
- Support the deployment and configuration of software applications across various platforms.
- Help manage and organize IT documentation, including troubleshooting guides and system configurations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives by monitoring systems and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
- Work on projects related to cloud computing, data management, or automation tools, depending on business needs.
- Provide end-user support for internal teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum sophomore standing with an expected graduation date of May 2027 or earlier.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, .net, or SQL) is a plus.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (we do not sponsor employment visas).
