Ihre Aufgaben

As a IAM Specialist DRM (Digital Rights Management) (m/f/diverse) you will be managing, maintaining the Microsoft Based DRM solution in Continental, with the aim to ensure that the protection mechanism which secures the distribution and consumption of the digital media in the O365 environment is operated at required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DRM technologies, external providers management and a deep understanding of Microsoft Information Protection mechanisms. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Implementation and management of M365 E5 Information Protection and Governance, including administration and management of the Central Key Management solution (Azure Key Vault Managed HSM)
  • Implement and manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DRM related issues in close cooperation with the specialists, external partners, vendors which support the DRM services.  
  • Ensure data lifecycle management and archiving, monitoring and analysis of encryption protocols and events 
  • Manage and maintain the defined Sensitivity Label and Sensitive Information Types (SIT) 
  • Perform regular security assessments and audits to ensure the effectiveness of DRM solutions. 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve DRM-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption in the service 
  • Implement improvements and changes of the MS DRM solution to protect digital content across various platforms and devices. 
  • Develop and maintain documentation for DRM configurations, processes, and procedures. 
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on DRM technologies and best practices. 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and content protection standards.

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification. 
  • Several years of experience in DRM, content protection or related roles. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Purview Information Protection technology, including encryption, licensing and key management. 
  • Thorough knowledge with DRM standards and protection mechanisms 
  • First experience with managing and administrating Azure Key Vault Managed HSM. 
  • General knowledge in scripting with PowerShell, Phyton.
  • General knowledge of ITIL with respect to Incident and Change Management is a plus. 
  • Relevant certifications in DRM or content protection are beneficial. 
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Ability to creatively solve problems with minimal guidance, while maintaining a timely, cost-effective approach.
