Location: Hybrid schedule in Fort Mill, SC (Onsite at least 3 days/week).
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Maintain and support Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot TMS/WMS functionalities to ensure system reliability and performance
- Analyze logistics data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Deliver training and develop training documentation for system users
- Develop and manage operational reports, examples include transportation KPIs, inventory accuracy, tire age, and bin utilization
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes in compliance with Continental Quality Management standards
- Evaluate and enhance existing warehousing and distribution workflows
- Drive initiatives to improve system quality, reduce operational costs, and boost customer satisfaction
- Provide after-hours or holiday support on an exception basis in a 24/7 operational environment for critical system outages
- Monitor warehouse storage conditions, ensuring optimal space utilization and accurate inventory tracking (e.g., FIFO)
- Support system upgrades and installations across Continental locations (travel up to 50%)
- Utilize SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) for key functions such as receiving, put-away, stock movements, cycle counting, and outbound processes
- Continuously monitor system health, address discrepancies, and implement corrective measures
- Train local Key Users on standardized EWM processes following the “train-the-trainer” model

Ihr Profil
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years experience working hands on with warehouse and transportation systems
- Technical proficiency with tools such as Excel, SAP, TMS/WMS platforms, database systems, and Power BI
- Strong interest in logistics, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Fort Mill, SC three days/ week
- Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
- No relocation package offered, however, the position is eligible for a sign on bonus
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with TMS and WMS systems
- Experience with BluJay TMS and SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
- Deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM)
- Familiarity with RF (Radio Frequency) integration in warehouse operations
