End User Support

• Providing technical support and issue resolution for end users regarding IT devices.
• Ensuring a seamless and trouble-free user experience for all users.

Computer management

• Install/Reinstall OS

Printing Service

• Printer troubleshooting

IT Device Lifecycle Management. 

• Administering and monitoring issued devices, including: PCs, Virtual PCs, Mobile and Mobile BYOD, printers, scanners, RFID, 
• Implementing and managing the lifecycle of devices, including procurement, configuration, warranty, maintenance, and safe disposal at the end of their lifecycle.

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Operating System (OS) knowledge (administration , e.g. Windows, Linux, MacOS, etc.) LINUX is a plus
• English (at least B1 level)    

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

• University Field: IT Science / Information Technology Engineering 
• Communication and collaboration knowledge
• End User Support
