IT Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Kaunas Lithuania. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our employees.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
• Perform regular system updates and security patches to maintain optimal performance
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on various software applications
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and inventory
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system efficiency
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed

Salary range: 3000 - 3700 gross eur.

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) (preferred)
• Proven experience in IT support or similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Professional appearance and clean work habits
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs) when necessary
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours for system maintenance or emergencies
