Ihre Aufgaben

>The machine operates in production area to complete production operation with safety systems and product specifications in order to ensure normal operation of equipments and correspondence to quality standards› Follow the internal ESH work instructions in the daily work
› Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
› Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in
case of unsafe or polluting hazards

● Strict adherence to labor instructions.
● Discharge aims and tasks set by immediate manager or higher authority.
● Keeping equipment in order and clean conditions at the working place according to the corporate standards and 5S principles (lay out control, hand tools control, PPE)
● Understand and operate following working instruction strictly
● Performance of the duties of the absent employee during the period of absence from the job of another 
employee with similar job functions
● Protection of commercial secrets, as well as the privacy of other information relevant to the interests and safety of other employees and/or the Employer
● To follow the production process according to requirements of labor and fire safety.
● To check equipment according to the start-stop check list.
● AM / PM machine in case small job function for maintenance machine
● To collect data of quantity and reason of both scrap and rework-workoff
● Provide timely accurate reporting of scrap and CM stock daily and other concern report
● Support all activities outside machine i.e. cleaning tread color cap, sheeting RWWO at babymill, etc.
● Coordinate with Micare, TBCP production for arrangement of CM
● Provide accurate information during shift changeover
● To check, order and use the compound, CM according to the FEFO system (using the scanner).
● To work with EWM, CGMS, MMS system according to the work instruction
● To work according to the specifications and work instruction
● Using MMS to generate CM tag and booking on CM pallet correctly.
● To drive a forklift or electro cart depending on production needs (drivers license is a must).
● To use lifting devices and cranes depending on production needs (license is a must).
● To perform high risk work depending on production needs according to all safety instruction and specially developed procedure related to high risk work performing.
● To ensure the nonstop and efficient equipment run according to targets of production department
● To move pallet and cassettes to the storage areas and return to the production
● To remove non-conform from cassette to be ready for production
● To get all necessary working skills according to the training matrix

● Senior High School , High Vocational , Diploma

● 1 year of experience with tire manufacturing , automotive manufacturing of other related
● Forklift Driver License , Crane is desired (depend on concerned job of each area)
