PLT Division Lead Supervisor

Ihre Aufgaben

The PLT Division Lead Supervisor will:

Assist department manager in managing workforce with respect to training, discipline, manning and  strategically structuring  shift to shift trouble shooting. Assists process engineer in the continuous improvement , six sigma, TQM, TPM  projects involving hourly workforce, manages the KAIZEN teams in his/hers area.

  1. Act as the Team Leader for the business unit team. 
  2. Provide relief for the on shift production supervisors as required guide supervisors.
  3. Act as temporary Department manager in the managers’ absence.
  4. Responsible for organizing manning, discipline and training follow-up & coordinates daily employee communications initiatives.
  5. Assist in daily trouble shooting of manufacturing process in area of responsibility. 
  6. Coordinates, tracks and manages the Departmental Manager and Shift Supervisor meeting process. 
  7. Primary responsibility for the Departmental Visual Management process. 
  8. Insures departmental technical compliance to all mandatory requirements including Safety, Environmental, ISO, Quality, Plant policy, Corporate policy, etc. 
  9. Designs and develops departmental training programs. 
  10. Ensures maintenance of instructional programs, departmental work instructions, quality records, training records, etc.  Audits personnel performance and insures corrective actions where deficiencies are identified.

Ihr Profil

Basic Qualifications:

3-5 years of Supervisor Experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

The Environment

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83,655 - $92,950 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
