Account Management
- Regular engagement with dealerships and follow up
- Achieve sales target based on FC & budget
- React to market competition and fulfill customer needs
- Manage the compliance and legal requirement are fulfilled
- Ensure customers account receivable on-time, and keep internal prompt communication
- Manage customer's internal related purchase and payment process
- Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor and ensure customer sales volume achievement
Strategy
- Understand and report the market situation, including market volume, customer segmentation, service needs, product demand, competition, pricing and market highlight.
- Execute Car dealer business strategy, including SOM, sales volume 5 years plan, resource requirements, organization development plan, products road map, service concept, channel, Car Dealer strategy workshop.
Technical
- Define the customer needs and cooperate with functional team (MDM etc.) to provide solutions/services
- Interact with internal and external sources to ensure that the service fulfills the quality standards, agreed timing and cost
- Provide guidance and training to customers sales/technicians
FC/Reporting
- Regular monthly and milestone reporting, following the defined timing, content, quality requirements. Including: customer map, segmentation, buy-in and sell-out FC with development curve, predictive FC planning, product mix, sales policy and promotions, channel, market situation update, stock, customer and Q&A, and working schedule.
- Follow the company standard reporting requirement to provide inputs on time with right quality.
- Availability / lost sales follow ups
Business Development
- Develop new Car Dealer customers as well as strategic Car Dealer Groups to ensure total channel volume achievement
- Clearly understand Car Dealer Channel targeted customer of Conti Thailand
Partners/Retail management
- Help retail networks to accomplish annual sales target
On-site coaching
- Deliver Continental policies and regulations accurately and ensure the implementation
- Fully understand the company's related systems (COC, etc.), and be proficient in guiding store operations
Operation Training
- Arrange training for retail networks through various forms(Digital platform, etc.) , including daily operation, SOP, professional techniques, sales skills, customer services. etc.
- Collect feedback from retail networks and refine training content to ensure the practicability
- Arrange regional seminar and provide support for other department
- Implementing TTM program for CDB channel
Store profit tracking
- Analyze the store business data and establish practical business model to increase the margin
Key store marketing guidance
- Play the role of bridge between retail networks and Marketing Department to ensure efficient communication and provide info of retail networks' ability, target customer and commercial area for promotion plan and brand strategy
- Help the implementation of promotion held by store and provide feedback in time
Info feedback
- Provide feedback and requirements of existing product from the market to marketing, TCS, and management team
- Provide market info, industry trend, competitor news, marketing activity etc. as the reference for company decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Good in English and communication
- Good presentation skills
- Experience in Car Dealer/ or Retail network management, customer management, and training
- Experience in technical function is a plus
- 5 years of Experience in Tire business or related field
- Advanced experience in cooperation with external customers
- Multi-international company working or cooperation experience is a plus
