• To respond for operating machines in MiCaRe production area to achieve production volume targeted, quality of product conforming with standard and safety of working environment.ESH

• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others

Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in

case of unsafe or polluting hazards                                                                                                                  Skillfully operate machines in MiCaRe production area to have the output which meet production plan per each shift.

• nderstand types of defect and realize to avoid making mistake which cause the defect.         
• Cooperate with HR and superiors to obtain any training or skill development.

Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, production technology or related fields.

0-2 years experience in production and manufacturing process.
