Process & Lean Engineer (Carei)

• Enhance operational efficiency by developing and implementing effective process methods and work instructions;
• Ensuring the implementation of newly created processes to improve production flows;
• Initiates and leads continuous improvement projects, based on lean concept;
• Collaborate with project teams to define necessary equipment and tools and create process flow diagrams;
• Support the Quality Department with capacity measurement;
• Deliver production support for process management;
• Participate in inventory activities according to company needs;
• Apply the REFA standard time measurement techniques;
• Conduct objective evaluations through sample calculations and regular statistical assessments;
• Perform periodic reassessments post-development phases;
• Select appropriate measurement techniques and analyze their advantages and disadvantages;
• Optimize operational processes by measuring the progress of time required for specific operations.

• University degree in the engineering field;
• Lean Manufacturing Concept Knowledge;
• Problem solving, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA;
• English language skills;
• Similar work experience.
