Ihr Profil

  • Determine production strategies and operating times in order to achieve the production, quality and safety targets set
  • Direct, supervise and control the operation of the production department
  • Define the operating times to meet the production plan
  • Supervise production segment leaders in order to properly allocate human resources, material and technology and to achieve the production and quality standards required by the customer
  • Responsible for production Machining , Manage team performance: know team problems, establish areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, lead problem solving groups, lead workshops on quality and lean manufacturing  improvement methods (5S, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
  • Achieve financial targets: prepare and present the area budget; manage the actual production costs based on "ideal" costs; maintain product margin, and monitor serial productivity (labor level, material consumption, etc.)
  • Maintain dashboard indicators/status reports to monitor OEE, Break downs, MTTR, MTBF, Quality PPMs level, 5s, Scrap, Turnover, Health, Safety and Environment performance, etc.
  • To know and understand the quality politics of the company
  • To fulfill the requirements for the implementation and maintenance of the quality system                                                    
  • Follow the guidelines established in the Quality System, complying with the activities, responsibilities and scope of authority described in the procedures and instructions applicable to its processes.
  • Contribute to compliance and monitoring of the indicators applicable to your processes
  • Report the performance and trends of the indicators of its processes, as well as the opportunities for improvement in the management review and in the different monitoring boards, ensuring compliance with the action plans derived from said monitoring.

  • Broadcast to the personnel in charge the requirements, objectives, guidelines, and information provided by the customers.
  • Ensure the integrity (plan and implement) of the Quality System is maintained when changes are required by applicable standards and/or customer requirements.
  • Ensure that the requirements of internal and external clients documented in the respective documents, procedures, instructions and certifications and/or specifications applicable to their processes are met.
  • Broadcast corporate quality objectives throughout the organization.
  • Establish and broadcast the objectives of the (plant) indicators of your processes
  • Participation in the definition and ensuring the implementation of corrective and preventive actions applicable to their processes.
  • Stop the shipment, the station and/or line in case of detecting any anomaly, non-compliant or suspicious product, according to the applicable procedures, instructions, and criterial.
  • Immediately report products or processes that do not meet customer requirements to ensure that non-conforming product is not shipped to the customer and that all potential non-conforming products are identified and contained in the plant following the applicable escalation process ( Jidoka, reaction plan, contingency plan)
  • Know and apply the Quality Policy
  • To fulfill the safety requirements established by the company
  • To know and understand the ESH politics of the company                          
  • Core tools Management
  • Responsible of the management of the environmental system and ISO14001 in his area, duties and processes
