• Introduce and maintain supplier quality assurance measures and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services.
• Drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation of appropriate countermeasures at the supplier.
• Implement the preferred supplier and component strategy.
• Initiate, lead, and drive supplier improvement programs.
• Define targets and control measures with the supplier in alignment with the SQM business and quality targets.
• Use and support the data system to collect and evaluate supplier quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs) and issue periodical quality performance reports and ensure that appropriate improvement actions are initiated.
• Continuous tracking of the target setting and plan fulfillment (monitoring, analysis control) in the context of a Supplier Quality Management System.
• Coordinate collection of the supplier-related quality-related costs (QRC).
• Contribute to the supplier quality-related report in the plant (KPI driven).
• Perform process audits (maintenance and nonconformance) for the plant as planned and scheduled.
• Secure implementation and compliance with IATF and VDA standards.
• Ensure proper blocking of materials with supplier quality-related issues both electronically and physically.

• Bachelor's degree in technical academic studies or comparable education.
• <5 years experience in SQM for dedicated technology.
• Experiences in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, production, and escalation management.
• Knowledge of Quality Management (including Quality policies, systems and processes).
• Knowledge of SQM Processes and Product Life Cycle (PLC).
