MTE Equipment Integration Regional Engineer

This position is responsible for Develop and continuosly review the strategy for the IT interfaces and Equipment Integration of tire manufacturing, supporting the Region by implementing the innovation across the plants as well as conducting trainings and coaching local system integrators/engineering. Provide services to the tire plants in America to ensure the operation efficiency by applying sophisticated problem solving and coordinating global standard system implementation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering;

• Knowledge in automation, IT, IPC Management and Database;

• Knowledge in Software (Step7, TwinCAT);

• Knowledge in OPC;

• Experience in Projects, as a member or PM;

• Programming Skills (C#, Python);

• Coaching and Training Skills;

• Have worked in a multidisciplinary, intercultural and/or international teams or projects;

• Fluent English.

YOU STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering and similar;

• Solid knowledge in tire manufacturing.
