Team Leader Process Industrialization

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Manage process specific industrialization projects (e.g. new equipment industrialization/upgrade old equipment) for e.g. new products, new materials, new production lines, according to standards.
  • Translate business / project / product specific requirements into tangible impacts on plant (e.g. invest, capacity, capability) and assess plant readiness.
  • Support to perform product specific testing and start-up of production process and pre-series production (e.g. ensure run@rate) and handover to production (series) according to standards.
  • Support of product specific process FMEA updates according to local conditions and standards.
  • Support product specific customer releases (PPAP, e.g. for initial series process or after product or process changes incl. initial sample test report, etc.) according to standards (e.g. trigger matrix)
  • Identify and implement process optimization potential (e.g. raw material replacement) in running articles in alignment with central (segment, BA) product development or similar function according to standards.
  • Solve proactively quality issues regarding customer complaints and reject rate (in close cooperation with Quality) according to standards.
  • Initiate and implement continuous improvement measures.
  • Responsible for the technical solutions provided by his team, for his area of ​​responsibility.
  • Provides information on his / her team's projects / activities.
  • Plan and monitor the execution of all activities, in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
  • Assign service tasks to his team, in accordance with the defined responsibilities, training and ability of each, with the involvement of the direct superior when necessary, in order to increase team performance.
  • Prepare and present the required administrative / technical reports.
  • Escalates to the direct superior, the problematic situations, which require decisions / approvals / revisions, from the superior management

Ihr Profil

  • Experience in Automotive Industry - Minimum 5 years
  • Experience with CAPEX projects (budget planning, expenditure tracking).
  • English - Advanced
  • Problem solving and decision-making tools and techniques.
  • Product knowledge (functionalities and applications).
  • Product and process industrialization related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
