Product Owner Non Conforming Material (NCM) management systems (m/f/diverse) - REF48281G

• Working as a Product Owner for Manufacturing Systems within an agile development framework (SAFe).
• Coordination of the associated agile development team for the continuous development and rollout of new functionalities and software according to stakeholder expectations and priority, in the area of non-conforming material (NCM) management systems.
• Proposing, evaluating, and approving of software developments which contribute to continuous improvements in the global business of manufacturing tires, with a focus on quality processes.
• Identification and formulation of internal customer requirements with respect to the digitalisation of processes.
• Formulation of EPICs/Value-ltems/User-Stories together with internal customers.
• Contribute to the estimation of required resources for all current and upcoming activities of the associated agile development team.
• Planning of development cycles according to Stakeholder priorities and user requests.
• Observation of usage levels, and together with the Process Owner, support the usage of associated systems.
• Contribute to the continuous development of Product Roadmaps and Strategies.

• Academic degree in industrial engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, business administration or similar.
• Passion for state-of-the-art technology, compromising of hardware, software and systems, as well as a sensitivity for their integration in a complex manufacturing systems environment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong process-orientated thinking, with the ability to support others in the same.
• Analytical and planning skills, focusing on requirements engineering and execution.
• Strong networking and communication skills in an international environment in English language.
• Work experience - particularly in tire shopfloor processes - would be of advantage but not necessary.
• Work experience within an agile development environment (eg SAFe) would be of advantage, but not necessary.
