Expert Mixing & Extrusion Tires (m/f/d) EXECUTIVE - REF35795D

You are the first contact in the organization for questions regarding Mixing and Extrusion. 

In your role you drive the development of innovative processing technologies to improve production stability and tire performance and ensure technological leadership to fully realize the performance potential of material technologies to assure future competitiveness by providing strategic roadmaps and realise them with projects/activities.

As an expert you represent our company internally and externally in projects with e.g. universities, institutes and suppliers. You ensure that relevant know-how is actively shared within the organization on all levels. In addition you provide trainings and develop new training concepts to close know-how gaps within the organization. You also drive theoretical material behaviour descriptions to understand and drive development further. 

• Academic degree (University of Applied Science or higher) in Engineering or Natural Sciences
• Several years of experience in different Research & Development and/or plant functions
• Profound experience as Project leader for various projects within the area of Research & Development
• International work experience and/or experience working in an intercultural environment
• Profound process knowledge in Extrusion, Mixing and Rheology
• Very good communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment and across different levels within the organization
• Very good analytical skills, deep dives and drawing conclusions (e.g. Problem-solving)
• Good knowledge in design of experiments and patent processes
• Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
• Highly motivated team player and strong networker with a strong can-do mentality
