take over own dashboarding development projects in Power BI
be responsible for the operations of dashboards (e.g. improvements, de-bugging and access management)
retrieve data from global single-source-of-truth HR database and modify it for different use cases (with KNIME or SQL)
document workflows and support the creation of training material
consult internal customers on how to realize their reporting and analysis needs
become an active member of Continental’s Reporting & Analytics network within HR and beyond
stay up to date with analytics methods and technologies for reporting and analytics within Continental as well as with current external trends
Academic degree in IT, economics, psychology, sociology or comparable studies, ideally first relevant professional experience
High data and IT systems affinity and ability to adapt quickly to new systems and tools
Experience with reporting, analytics and dashboarding methods and technology (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, R, SPSS, SQL, KNIME...)
Interest in working in the HR environment with an international, mostly virtual team
Basic understanding of HR processes, data and HR IT Systems would be of advantage, but is not a must have
Ability to communicate very well in English, both verbally and in written
Curiosity and willingness to learn, high quality orientation as well as customer orientated mind set, ability to understand and connect with internal customers from diverse backgrounds
