1.Lead, coach and motivate SQM Team 

2.Focus on the introduction of mechanic component and management of the quality performances of all components and services during series production

3.Assessment and introduction of potential new suppliers in close cooperation with Supplier Management and Category Management 

4.Support sourcing process for components based on defined quality requirements 

5.Initiation and control of advanced (prevention oriented) quality management measures (Supplier APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning) for all supplied goods and services within the respective area (Feasibility Review, Component Review, Project Reviews, Safe Launch Concept, Quality Planning etc.)

6.ensure that products meet the quality requirements of customers for the SOP

7.Drive root-cause-analysis and force the definition and implementation of appropriate counter measurements  

8.Recording, reporting and evaluating all quality-related information and defining and coordinating measures for dealing with deviations between actual results and target performance 

9.Initiate measures for quality improvement, conduct training programs, provide consulting and support for suppliers, purchasing and SQA employees in all SQA specific matters 

10. Identify and eliminate weaknesses and increase the training level with regards to the SQM process of SQA employees as well as related departments      

1.Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanics or Electronic automation, or equivalent 
2.5-7 years of working experiences in the automotive industry, experience in procurement processes and in procurement-related functional areas desirable
3.Experience in utilization and application of advanced Quality Management Tools (APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP..), especially in the area of mechanical  suppliers
Experience in performing and leading Quality Audits (Process, System ..) 
4.Manage a team of over 5 people with entrepreneur spirit
5.Capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures
