Central Key User SAP Quality Management (QM)

▪ Define, create and implement standards for quality management based on SAP standard functions and enhancement by Add-ons
▪ Realize and secure concepts and standards in SAP S/4HANA QM to fulfill the requirements of the different customers within quality management
▪ Define the master data concept for the whole Group Sector ContiTech and for all Business Processes within SAP QM and potential other solutions
▪ Coordinate the implementation of the QM master data concept for the group sector
▪ Define processes for the maintenance of QM master data and administration of QM master data for all BAs and legal entities worldwide
▪ Define concepts for a proper system implementation and adequate testing. Generate blueprint and test catalogue
▪ Implement SAP S/4HANA QM modules as member of the project team, attendance in BAT testing sessions
▪ Test system upgrades and system enhancements
▪ QM Ticket management and user support, trainings and workshops for Global KU, Local KU and Power User 
▪ Define and create authorization concepts
▪ Support X-Alert monitoring, especially by checking rights of central people with local authorization in different legal entities (e.g. central QM)
▪ Responsible to provide management accessibility to QM related business information; includes data warehouse and other visualization tools (defines specific business requirements)
▪ Serve as a QM related consultant to business leaders as to the capabilities and efforts for implementation of information needs

▪ Graduate in Engineering, Industrial Engineering (e.g. MBA), Quality Management
▪ Experience in Quality Management, Knowledge of SAP QM related Processes and Functions, Claim Handling, Quality Checks and Documentation, Basic Knowledge of related modules, SD, FI, CO, MM, PP, PM
▪ Project Participation, Participation in Implementation Projects
▪ Intercultural Sensitivity
▪ Operational Experience in Quality Management and related Departments
▪ Conceptional Quality Management Skills
▪ Project Management Skills
▪ IT related Skills (e.g. Interaction of Table Entries and Changes)
