Job Description:

Plan and define the necessary resources (staff) of the group in charge, for annual business planning.
Manage resources according to the budget of the cost centers under their responsibility.
Leader of the personnel selection process in charge
Establish training plans and actions to develop competencies and technical knowledge of the personnel under their charge.
Define individual objectives, progress reviews and joint actions with your group to reach them.
Coordinate training and consulting activities of the tools "Core tools" (SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP, pokayokes, Problem solving)
Establish together with the Focus Factory unit team, the necessary strategies for the efficient and effective performance of manufacturing processes and product quality. (NCC1, FPY, CPK's, A&R, IDR, block stock)Coordinates the implementation of best practices, generates progress reports, presents the new Lessons Learned to the Operations Manager for implementation of each project.

• Bachelor Degree: Industrial, mechanical, mechatronics or electronic engineering
• English Advance 
• 2 - 4 years of experience in Electronic Automotive
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality functions.
• Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience with two different business units.
