CNC Programmer ( Promming Competence)

Creation & optimization of NC-programs for SEMA, Stama and CHR-machines
Implementation of improvements for cutting tools/ speed&feeds/ machine/ Tool Inspect
Supporting Maintenance/PR with troubleshooting
Supporting IE-Engineers in specific projects (close container functionality, quality issues)
Creating and improving working instructions incl. training
Review start-up of new machines
 

- Bachelor degree or related. 
- 5 years experience in programming 
- Knowledge of programming Control Siemens SYNUMERIK machining
- Knowledge in how to set up and program G code
- Sinumerik control
- English (plus)
- NCU in a CNC machine
- Testing NC programs partly with appropiate simulation software
- Calculate cutting parameters

- GDT

- Set up and SW / Stama / Sema machines
