Monitor and Inspect Green Tire Spray lube and pattern applied to green tires. Ability to do function checks on equipment, understanding how to block and unblock tires, knowing how to do an Operator startup checklist.
Operator will also maintain the following tasks:
▪Ensuring the High Bay Storage Operating Area is properly “5s” Cleaned
▪Green Tire Scale Low Tire Diameter Sensor Clean
▪Correct Lube in Green Tire Spray
▪Green Tire Lube is Within Expiration Date
▪Green Tire Lube Above 25% Level
▪Below 25% tote change and supervisor notified
▪Green Tire Spray Amount Correct
▪Green Tire Spray Pattern Correct
▪Lube Scale Function check
▪Green Tire Scale Function check
▪Knowing the number of Blocked Tires In HBS
▪Must be able to read and understand written and oral instruction. As to specs procedures tolerances and various construction and quality requirements and standards. Effectively communicate with supervisors when machine break down occurs.
▪Demonstrate the characteristics of 5s to keep work area neat clean aligned and orderly
▪Follow all plant policies, Environmental policies, and plant departmental safety policies.
▪Read and understand Specifications
▪Work with limited supervision
High School Diploma/ GED
1-2 years in Manufacturing Environment
Good Communication Skills
Ability to Multitask
Willing to work 12 hour rotating shifts – days, nights, and weekends.
