Antitrust Compliance and Criminal Law Specialist

This position supports the Antitrust and Criminal Law Compliance area professionally and substantively. It is a broad role requiring a specialist, taking an active role in enhancing and continuously improving Continental’s compliance program, especially with respect to antitrust and criminal law compliance;
Key responsibilities:
- Identify potential for improvement of the (antitrust and criminal law) compliance program through active communication with the Regions;
- Continuously improving the association activities concept; be the point of contact for questions from all stakeholders;
- Continuously improving the global antitrust and business ethics risk assessment, be a point of contact for antitrust and criminal law related questions from all stakeholders;
- Drafting, reviewing and updating group policies and guidelines on antitrust and criminal law;
- Steering rollouts of global antitrust and criminal law initiatives;
- Developing content for antitrust and business ethics trainings and other preventative measures in close alignment with the relevant functions;
- Providing antitrust trainings to all Continental business areas and group functions;
- Drafting and rolling out other mitigation measures such as internal controls and monitoring;
- Steering lessons-learned projects and continuously adapting antitrust CMS efficiency;
- Actively keeping up to date with regulatory changes, best practices, industry and compliance trends;
- Developing and maintaining a concept for knowledge sharing with respect to antitrust and business ethics, ensuring material is relevant and up to date;
- Review of Investigation Reports;
- Responding to third party external audits of Continental’s compliance program;
- Continuously support the improvement of the Compliance Management System in all regions;
- Foster the continuous analysis of compliance risks in all business areas, especially the monitoring of internal control mechanisms for the early detection of compliance concerns in coordination with other compliance relevant functions and help improve the lessons learned process;
- Actively follow regulatory changes, best practices, and compliance trends.
Váš profil
- Academic degree in Law or comparable education;
- Professional experience in antitrust / criminal law / compliance (in international companies, law firms or audit firms preferably);
- Solid MS Office skills;
- Business-fluent English skills (spoken and written);
- Strong communication skills and team-player mentality;
- Independent working style;
- Intercultural sensitivity;
- Open to travel up to 10% , incl. business trips abroad.
