Head of Q Test Centers APAC (m/f/d)

• Lead and develop the team considering Continental´s Leadership Philosophy
• Lead multiple test centers in the region APAC (including external testing recourses)
• Ensure the running of test equipment and methods for all product related tests
• Provide technical support for the test benches and the associated infrastructure
• Plan and implement test bench conversions and extensions
• Cooperate and exchange methods and knowledge with internal and external partners and throughout global locations
• Represent the testing departments and provide test results in assigned working groups
• Maintain and develop Laboratory Information Management Systems
• Support Big Data
• Decide which tests and test devices where to be installed and operated for best global match with customer demands
• Ensure implementation of standardized test methods and equipment for serial testing in global test locations

• Technical University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• Leadership experience
• Leading technical teams with strong focus on execution
• International and intercultural experience
• Strong communication skills
