shift leader (Calendering & rework)

General shift management to ensure safety and fulfill quality and production target
To manage workload and production plan to achieve the target
Be able to fulfill production team in all function in order to achieve all daily KPI target.
Multi skill is mandatory with advance level
Report all issue case 

- Be proficient for all function of production in Calendering and Rework area
- Maintain and improve quality of workplace produce in Calendering production area
- Comply safety regulation and quality to perform any operation
- Report to Deputy area manager
- Reguraly check for LPA and 5S
- Use and choose with correct raw material ,compound and master roll carrier
- Understand and use system material validation and Good recipe (CGMS ,EWM ,SBS)

Diploma in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, production technology or related fields.

At least 2 years experience in production and manufacturing process.
