HVAC Engineer

• Responsible for the maintenance of HVAC, sewerage, water supply, gas supply, fire extinguishing, compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, cooling systems, and Locksmithery;
• Providing technical supervision of installations and making corrections on functional parameters and operating conditions;
• Measure and record Energy Consumption on all possible levels (general, differentiated);
• Define effective technical and behavioral measures to improve energy efficiency;
• Conduct internal energy management audits at planned intervals;
• Calculate and record energy consumption-related KPIs, investigate and respond to significant deviations;
• Supervising the work performed by subcontractors;
• Participating in new equipment installation processes;
• Collaboration with various subcontractors on matters of maintenance;
• Supporting the Facility team and the intervention technicians.

• Relevant working experience for 6 – 10 years;
• Expert in HVAC systems;
• Advanced knowledge of Compressed air, gas supply, extinguishing systems;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Good communication skills.
