Trusted Vendor Analyst

• Derived from the Reform of the Labor Law in 2021 on Subcontracting (Outsourcing) and Specialized Services, to be in compliance with the new legal frameworks, Continental has identified the need to assign an administrator to manage all topics related.
• This are the key targets: 
• Verification of specialized service suppliers compliance with the relevant government institutions requirements.
• Upload supplier's information (POs and invoices) into the platform 
• Support for internal and external users to clarify doubts about management and compliance within the platform. 
• Implementation of improvements for the various processes within the department. 
• Statistical reports of specialized service providers' compliance status within the platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of SAP and proprietary modules.
• English level: Basic.
• Mexican fiscal law knowledge: Basic.
