To develop the CANMEXCA & MERCOSUR market for motorcycle. Coordination and responsibility over sales for Two Wheel Motorcycle asigned Region.
Generation, implementation and monitoring of the 5 years stategy and the yearly budget & objectives, to meet them while respecting times, methods and policies.
Detect opportunities, guide the client and propose special commercial actions such as: price promotions, advertising and promotion at the point of sale.
Definition of the standard channel business plan for potential customers.
Manage assigned region & accounts, give direct attention to dealers, OEM and distributors, and negotiate with them. Giving advice and consulting to generate greater profitability.
Ensuring an excellent service and a B2B experience through proper account administration, effectively involving internal departments (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.)Coordinate and develop marketing plans with local and Americas MC MKT manager.
Provide support and monitoring for the effective operation of programs, campaigns and communication.
Sell in / Sell out: Development of strategies and actions to increase sales. Sell in and sell out based on information analysis.
Supervision of all B2B activities and support in the B2C activities when needed.
Monitor that identifications comply with defined standards.
Implementation, supervision of the national / regional channel campaign and activities plan.
Check, coordination and monitoring of individual campaigns by client.
Develop events with clients or costumers. Analyze the information provided by the BI department and generated by the dealer, using it for customer consultancy, implementation of campaigns, (Pricing, SOM, SOB, Sell in, Sell out).
- Constantly provide information to BI about the competition, customers, the market, product catalog, etc.
- Application and monitoring of special authorizations. BI loads the conditions into the system, and authorizes them.Develop a sustainable strategy that allows the growth of the business in a profitable way, aligning the strategies of the partners / clients and Continental, guaranteeing the consumer's preference for our brands, achieving the different objectives: CMC, Total Volume.
Analysis and interpretation of data to find development opportunitiesVisit direct & indirect customers in the assigned region, carrying out the following activities on each visit:
-Organize and plan work schedule
-Retail Check list at points of sale
-Presentation of scope of goal and sales.
-Review and monitoring of implemented Sell out campaigns.
-Review of information on Sell out tires.
-Review of KPIs of the region.
-Prospection. Analysis of the territory and markets, to identify business opportunities
Detect the need for Continental presence, and seek the opening of new customers.
-Training our direct & indirect customers/dealers.
Responsible for P&L and budget of the regionPrepare executive presentations for management and internal & external clients. - Support to solve problems in the operation and logistics process.
Finance: support the department for portfolio recovery through effective communication between the department and clients (support payment in a timely manner)Mediator to achieve credit-related agreements
Knowledge of financial aspects, ensuring that they are implemented in the preparation of business plans as well as in the fulfillment of KPI's.Travel management and expense checking, through the Concur tool in a timely manner
- 3 to 5 years experience working in sales and marketing (Knowledge of motorcycle market)
- Bachelors Degree
- English Advance (oral & write skills)
- Microsoft (PowerPoint & Excel Advance)
