Maintenance Leader - Greenfield

• Ensure availability of all equipment and operation in optimal working order with the best time-cost ratio.
• Develop, design, create, innovate, operate and maintain the management of maintenance systems in production processes and facilities.
• Responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance, keeping KPI assigned by high management (annual objective).
• Responsible for the group of electrical maintenance engineers.

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic y Mechanical Engineering 
• Intermediate English 
• Experience: 
  • Preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance 
  • Automotive Industry
  • Leadership 
  • Reporting 
  • Continuous Improvement 
  • LOTO & High Risk Task (safety)
• Knowledge:
  • ISO 40001
  • Problem Solving 
  • Core Tools 
  • Automation (PLC, HMI, Sensors, Control Card)
