Senior Performance Verification Engineer

Plan and perform test activities in alignment with project milestones.

· Participate in requirement reviews and prepare test cases to validate those requirements.

· Develop automated test scripts to generate functional and KPI test reports.

· Identify potential failures to be communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

· Generate test reports presenting substantially and effectively the critical information.

· Refine and automize test scripts for optimized validation efforts and test outcome.

· Conduct technical and official reviews of requisite work products (test plan, test specifications, test reports etc.)

· Participate in risk assessment of failed test cases with stakeholders.

Mandatory skills:

· Knowledge in object-oriented software design and its implementation

· Working experience in object-oriented programming in python

· Automation experience using advanced programming concepts in python.

· Knowledge of version control system, preferably using GIT

· Working experience in SW test life cycle activities in automotive domain

· Understanding of automotive product life cycle with emphasis on engineering process group

B.E/B.Tech (Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical)

Object-oriented programming skills in additional languages

· Experience in automotive domain, preferably in testing

· Simulation experience in any of the engineering package or simulation tool

· Working knowledge in database querying using SQL

· Working experience as algo test manager, functional test owner and/or product owner

· ISTQB certified at core foundation and/or core advanced level.

· Understanding of functional safety applicability and usage in automotive
