Inventory Control Front Line Leader

Position Summary:

This position is supporting the inventory operations by leading the team that is responsible for controlling inventories daily                                                                                           

Essential Functions:

  •  Manage daily physical inventory
  •  Prepare and Analyze inventory reports
  • Communicate inventory reports to the management team
  • Keep up with inventory accuracy KPI/CUD's
  • Compare reports from different dates
  • Escalate recurring inventory discrepancies.
  • Support the logistics operator with material tags
  • Visual inspection and identification of incoming deliveries
  • SAP MM module LKU
  • Performs other duties as directed by the management team.
  • Operating SAP MM system
  • Operating Bin Management system
  • Share Process knowledge with others and provide leadership for other Setup group personnel and  production group leaders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of manufacturing and/or logistic experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, Analytical, Detailed oriented and good accuracy.
  • Excel / Outlook / Word and SAP advanced knowledge are preferred.
