Product Industrialization Engineer & PFMEA Coordinator

Main tasks:

  • SAP know-how is mandatory ( minimum 2 years experience )
  • Customer requirements skills (PPAP documentation) 
  • Organizing the regular meeting to review the PFMEA.
  • Moderation of PFMEA meetings to achieve the required result by internal or customer requirements.
  • Review the PFMEA regularly due to internal, customer development/improvement projects or complaints.
  • To act as the key person to advise clients on product compliance requirements
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries are followed up and closed successfully to achieve the monthly sales target/KPI set.
  • To ensure the monthly proposal/quotation target is satisfactorily achieved or exceeded.
  • To prepare, arrange, and co-ordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meetings, training, seminars, etc. as necessary.
  • Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior any improvement for further excellence of the services offered.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting team leader or Senior Management

Váš profil

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP skills 
  • Plato E1ns
  • Automotive industry experience
  • Engineering and related fields
  • Customer-focus and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Proven team player and ability to work with little supervision.
  • Logical approach to problem solving
  • Required language(s): English
  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
