To design and implement IT business applications and solutions that will address the changing business requirements of the industry.
To manage and execute the daily user support operations and to guarantee the functional integrity and stability of SAP systems and IT applications globally & regionally that would safeguard business continuity even during IT project implementations (i.e. greenfields/brownfields, carve-out/in, rollout of global solutions, customer requirements) based on a well-structured governance process.To design and implement IT business applications and solutions that will address the changing business requirements of the industry.
To manage and execute the daily user support operations and to guarantee the functional integrity and stability of SAP systems and IT applications globally & regionally that would safeguard business continuity even during IT project implementations (i.e. greenfields/brownfields, carve-out/in, rollout of global solutions, customer requirements) based on a well-structured governance process.
Provide IT consultation, project management & implementation services, ensure resource and system availability & support towards the daily operational business to:
a. >40k (currently) SAP user community
b. globally working in 25 productive SAP systems
c. covering 11 Business Units and a variety of central functions (i.e. Finance & Controlling, Purchasing, etc) and,
d. affecting >200 manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations
e. around the world (APAC = 49 / EU = 112 / NA = 46)
The required specialization will be focusing on the functions that support SAP-based Quality Management processes across all Business Units.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent Diploma/Vocational Experience
Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT or related business area.
Possess basic skills and adequate understanding of Quality Management business process requirements & challenges & must be able to translate them into IT functional solutions.
End to end process knowledge and integration points with different SAP modules
With experience in basic IT project management
Project and/or Process Experience
Minimum 4 years SAP experience with at least 2 SAP project implementation and support management
Posess advance configuration skills in Quality Management, including experience in basic Authorization Management
With business process experience or background in relevant manufacturing and quality management environment
With in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and QM solution expertise to effectively integrate business requirements that will achieve customer's expected business results.
Intercultural / International Experience
Ability to work both in independent and team oriented environments
Has very good communication skills and interpersonal relations with problem solving ability
English language fluency in business writing and comprehension
Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios and recommends/develops solutions to meet business needs.
Timely feedback and consultation to the functional lead.
Manage a given project role assignment and multiple projects at various steps: fit-gap analysis, realization, acceptance testing, go live preparation and execution and stabilization with supervision.
Able to identify QM/WTY processes that needs improvement and recommends known best practice or develops new solution with alignment to the global team.
New Business/ Product/ Technology
Must be able to introduce, implement, train and support new technologies that would address changing business needs within SAP-based Quality Management processes.
Assess availability of new functionalities or updates in IT, test and deploy them for end users with consultation to the functional lead.
Work closely with the key users to sustain the QM/WTY IT solution in place and introduce new available enhancement whenever possible. Conduct training on new functionalities available.
Translating new business requirements unto already available IT QM/WTY solutions with minimal supervision.
