  • Coordination and consolidation of the month-end closing and monthly forecast
  • Analysis of variations and preparation of the reporting in the course of the month-end/year-end closing as well as for the budget planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, etc.)
  • Advising on general business issues, carrying out special commercial tasks and preparing presentation documents
  • Leading and participation of internal and central controlling, accounting, and purchasing projects
  • Maintenance and further development of reporting systems
  • As a part of the local management team, you are responsible for the strategic development of the plant
  • The work task includes the implementation of planning, management, controling tasks and profitability calculations according to financial and business objectives.This includes the independent preparation of period planning (e.g. sales, key earnings figures and costs (direct and overhead) according to production programs, investment planning, capacity planning, etc.: Check the plausibility of the overall planning data used as a basis.
  • Determine and process key business data, e.g., about productivity, profitability, tied-up capital.
  • Determine surcharge and billing rates for individual cost centers and cost units.
  • Determine the causes of the discrepancy between target and actual values ​​and analyze weak points, propose and coordinate measures (e.g. for cost controlling).
  • As part of new investments, new products, or technologies, checking the vertical integration, etc., carry out profitability calculations for the assigned area according to standard company procedures.
  • Effects of the planned measures on cost structure, capacity utilization.
  • Return of capital, profitability, unit costs. Analyze and comment on results etc.
  • As part of regular financial statements/reporting, check/perform postings (accounts payable,accounts receivable and asset accounting) for the area of ​​responsibility for completeness and correctness, control/manage existing provision, expense and compensation accounts, enter posting documents to determine the cost price. data to record creation of credit/debit memos.

Váš profil

  • Academic degree in economics, preferably with a focus on controlling/accounting
  • Professional experience in controlling
  • Experience in operational sales controlling desirable
  • Knowledge of international group accounting (IFRS)
  • Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) desirable
  • Very good handling with MS Office software
  • Business fluent Czech and English language skills (written and spoken), German language skills of advantage
  • Experience in Czech tax law
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills
