Vaše náplň práce
- SQM is the Main contact with internal customer to validate failures that could be associated with supplier issues.
- SQM is responsible to perform the problem solving process with supplier trough 8D methodology, 8D evaluation and closure once until problem is solved.
- SQM is also key player con supplier Process change notifications (PCNs) in order to ensure introduction of supplier changes without impacting Continental manufacturing process.
- As part of the regular activities SQM is in charge to ensure raw material quality at Continental location, track and coordinate activities linked with SQM KPIs.
- Perform VDA 6.3 audits to suppliers and Run @ Rate to validate process and installed capacity at supplier site.
Váš profil
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering.
- Advanced English
- Experience:
- 5 years in Quality areas
- VDA 6.3 auditor (desirable)
- Knowledge:
- Microsoft Office
- SAP
- Minitab
- Quality tools (AMEF, Control Plan, etc.)
