tC Functional Process and Case /Clearing Manager (m/f/diverse)

The position can be staffed in either Hanover/Frankfurt/Regensburg

• Manage all relevant business partner integrity rules and documents as well as support of business partner evaluations & audits
• Support of business partner development regarding tC (e.g., creation of business partner trainings, implementation guidelines, etc.)
• Serve as central point of contact for tC related business partner questions, concerns, issues and escalations
• Overview business partner integrity tC reporting and risk management dashboards and provide regular reports 
• Organize and oversee supplier involvement in internal tC processes (e.g., access to whistleblower process, participation in relevant Clearing/ Case Management processes)
• Define, maintain, and review company-wide tC requirements for functional processes, such as tC checks in PLC documents or consider legislative changes in homologation/certification and production processes
• Ensure operationalization of tC requirements in functional processes in cooperation with the Sectors and other Group Functions
• Provide support and expert advice for the management of tC concerns along the tC Clearing Management process and tC Case Management process
• Support the management of tC concerns along the tC Clearing Management process and tC Case Management process
• Define, conduct and improve a regular status reporting regarding tC concerns along the tC Clearing Management process and tC Case Management process incl. the link to effectiveness KPIs

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a technical field of study
• Several years of professional experience in a context close to suppliers and business partners (e.g., purchasing , supplier development, partnership manager)
• Business fluency in English language mandatory
• High degree of self-guided work experience and professional appearance towards business partners on multiple levels
• Advanced level communication skills for work with international colleagues and business partners
• Advanced level team working and networking skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills
