Dispatcher (Shipping) (traffic finish goods)

- Responsible for activities related to shipping process including proper documentation
- ASN submission based on customer demand in complying with customer daily requirements. 
- Manage Transport entries for loading Dock according shipping window times
- Assuring Material loading in a proper way.

- Experience in Supply Chain 
- Customer Portals (Covisint, esupplier connect, VW B2B)
- ASN experience (Interpretation and General for ASN)
- CT PAT /OEA  Acknowledgement (Desirable)
- Experience in Shipping docs (BOL, PL, Invoice, CCP) and outbound freights.
- ERP basics (SAP desirable, SD Module)
- Basic Knowledge of International Commerce
- Microsoft Office Skills
- English Intermedium - (To report Cube outs or Incidents with Carrier management)
- Communication Skills
