The Summer Internship Program offers a 12-week hands-on internship for students who are interested in working in a manufacturing environment. The Internship Program targets students enrolled in programs that relate to the field of Engineering.
Every intern will be assigned to individual projects in their department on which they are evaluated. In addition, they will support other daily tasks and projects.
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited degree program in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity.

- how a large manufacturing facility works
- the interfaces with other departments
- project work
