Capacity Engineer

To administrate and coordinate Capacity Planning and Investment Management; in accordance with the PLC (Product Life Cycle) and MLC (Material Life Cycle) guidelines, the Specific Customer Requirements (Phased PPAP, ANPQP, etc.) and the Corporate Policy for Capital Investment.  To guarantee the customer satisfaction with the fulfillment of their requirements and expectations for Launches and Engineering Changes in capacity; Analyze capacity status and define balance and flexibility strategies.

• Engineering Changes (Product & Process) Projects – Capacity review
• Equipment & Assembly Lines Capacity (Short-Mid Term Strategy & Flexibility)

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (electrical, industrial, mechanical)
• English Advance Level 
• Experience in automotive industry (electronic experience desirable)
• 1 year of experience in Capacity and Planning (production floor)
• Experience and knowledge in:
  • Project Management
  • New Product Launch Process
  • Engineering Changes Administration    
  • Customer Specific Requirements (Ford, Nissan, FCA, Subaru, GM, Daimler, Toyota, etc.)  
  • Capacity Analysis & Specific Customer Run@Rate Reports (CAR Sheet, PCP, etc.) 
  • Capital Request, Investment Administration, Budget Planning     
• Tools:
  • Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC & MSA)    
  • Quality System base on IATF 16949 (Quality Policy, Processes and Risk based thinking)    
  • SAP System (NP1, Master Data Set Up, etc.)  
  • GD&T (Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing)    
  • Area KPI's & Quality Objectives    
  • Problem Solving
  • Time Management & Negotiation Skills    
  • Escalation Plan & Contingency Plan
