Final Assembly Lab Specialist (Technical Cleanliness Specialist) -

Provide Technical Cleanliness support services, including operation of Clean-Tech lab, particle trap and liquid extraction analysis reporting. 


  • Performs monthly analysis of particle traps located in various process cells throughout the plant
  • Performs monthly liquid extraction analysis for products with this requirement
  • Disposition and pickup of particle traps and maintenance of particle trap tracking sheet
  • Publishes reports for all completed analyses
  • Maintains lab equipment and performs PMs on a timely basis.  Contacts appropriate individuals for equipment failure to ensure minimum equipment down time
  • Works with appropriate individuals to ensure web reporting is updated on a timely basis
  • Supports LTCR for monthly and quarterly reports
  • Tracks use of standards and ensures equipment remains in calibration to ensure accurate analysis results
  • Maintains 5S standards in the lab
  • Ensures lab supplies are available and works with Tool Crib to address shortages
  • Maintains lab work instructions
  • Interfaces with customer representatives
  • Works with FA lab to perform root cause analysis for analysis results not meeting cleanliness requirements
  • Provides feedback to production and/or engineering regarding the nature and cause of non-conformances
  • Performs FTIR analysis of materials used in the plant and maintains a library to aid in identification of materials during root cause analysis (as applicable)
  • Identifies root cause of non-conformances and recommends correction actions
  • Maintains particle trap placement maps
  • Highly motivated and responsible
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures

Váš profil


  • Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or equivalent degree OR 5 plus years of manufacturing or lab experience in lieu of the degree. 
  • Minimum 3+ years’ manufacturing or lab experience
  • Highly motivated individual capable of working with limited supervision
  • Comfortable around production equipment and lab equipment
  • Able to read and correctly interpret technical documentation such as process procedures, work instructions, etc…
  • Effective interpersonal/communication skills include communication with process and quality engineers, FA lab technicians
  • Ability to use a personal computer and applications software (word-processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.)

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs unassisted, Must be able to stand for periods up to 10+ hrs
• Must be able to push & pull (racks), reach, twist, turn, stoop, and walk, stand for 10+ hrs



  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or other relevant field
  • 5+ years’ experience
  • Experience with engineering special projects
