Manages and directs the operations of the assigned Departments. Ensures efficient delivery and quality of products and services to clients. Responsible for setting and meeting goals and budget Plan of Cost, Quality, Waste, Safety, and Output. Involved in planning of Capital Expenditures and Process Improvements. Assures adherence to plant procedures and policies.
Budget Planning and Accomplishment
Quality Improvements and Defective Product
• Qualify / Uniformity
• Cost Reduction
• Reduction of Process Variation
• Lead House Functions
Analyze BOB Process
• Machine vs. Actual
Analyze Gaps in BOB Process and Propose Capital Investment to close Gaps
• Project Planning
• Project Implementation
Run Department day to day operations maintaining efficient low cost, high quality output
Communicate and Review Performance of Direct Reports

Minimum Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree Preferred.
Experience: Five or more years supervisory experience required.
